the ride back north

lovel and i both have the time off...something i was a little worried about as i just started a new job in dec, and was a bit worried about asking for 2 wks off 6 mos into the job. they were great and gave me the time. the second and almost a big a worry, dog sitter. don't laugh, remember sydney? probably most famous for eating hundreds of pizza crusts at the fort pizza party, bash #1. she has gotten quite old, 16, with some significant health issues that preclude boarding, or even staying at the in-laws. luckily, a friend is coming from bennington to bham to house and dog sit...
all that's left now is planning the route, i'm thinking that we'll take rt 11 again.
and a tune up for the bonnie, if i can push that 72 cb500 off the lift :)
this trip should push her odometer over 40,000 miles.
wag more, bark less

Tito misses you terribly, Seth. Every time he starts to mention you, he chokes up and a tear appears in the corner of his eye. It's so sweet.

We will probably be in Maryland on the 28th of May. We go up a little further north and stay with Robin's brother before we come back down for the bash on Wedneday or Thursday.

Seth, choked up?? TEARS?? Darn, I NEVER thought of the Rockers as being a "weepy" group. Why they don't even use napkins when they eat their ice cream at Dairy Serve!!

I miss you guy too. Seth I get a lot of questions about the Connecticut Rockers shirt. I just tell people I have ridden with the crazy fuckers.
