Hey Guys,

Just bought an 08 Thruxton. Wanted something alittle more reliable than the 1970 xs1 I had before.

Looking forward to meeting some of you guys and doing some riding this summer.

When I bought the bike it had been completly restored. New Carbs, coated tank, electric ignition. Paint and tins were perfect. The thought was to eventually cafe it. Unfortunatly I had some financial troubles and had to sell it last year.

Welcome to the site, Chris!

Most of you guys have met Chris before, by the way. He's the bass player for Husbands AKA, the ska/punk band that played the Bash last year.

And yeah, that XS1 was a nice bike, but not the most reliable!
