Part of that needs to be repeated. We had some issues last year.

You MUST purchase a ticket from Tito prior to the ride.

Tito if you need any help collecting let me know.

Tito, you will also have tickets at Top of the Hill Grill for people who are meeting us there, correct?

Let's not give anyone the impression that they can't meet us for dinner if they aren't able to make it to the Meet & Greet.

The point simply being that before eating, you must buy a ticket. No ticket, no food.

Not that I have any problem with tickets. I think it's a good idea.
I'm just curious what happened last year? I thought everything went smooth?
I'm looking forward to it again this year.

I think the owner miscounted! I told him we had a few folks that ordered off the menu and he fells better if I collect the money up front and deal with him directly. no problem he did good by us last year. We had an awesome ride and a great meal!

Suppose we're strict vegans Tito...should we still buy a ticket or half a ticket?

Vegans

Postby TonUp » Fri Apr 16, 2010 11:22 pm

Robin is a vegetarian and she will probably order of the menu. Let me ask for a vegetarian option and see what we can figure out.

Thanks!

DANO!

You should have plenty of time to get to Bennington, check in to your room and meet us at the Meet And Greet!

2:00pm: Meet in the parking lot that runs between Depot Street and River Street in downtown Bennington (south end of the lot -- if you attended the BTB last year, this is the same lot where we had the Friday Meet&Greet). We will spend a short time hanging out and saying hi to everyone, then at 3pm it’s kickstands up and hit the road for a ride over to the Top of the Hill Grill in Brattleboro.

If 2:00 in Bennington is too early for you to make it, feel free to meet up with us at the Top of the Hill Grill in Brattleboro at 5pm instead.

We’ll have dinner at the Top of the Hill Grill, hang out for a while, then ride back to Bennington.

Important note about the dinner: the proprietor of Top of the Hill Grill is going to be setting up for us buffet-style, and has asked that we prepay a flat fee of $18 per person. This includes three different meats, sides, a drink, tax, and tips. Tito will be selling meal tickets at the Meet&Greet and at Top of the Hill Grill; please see him to get one.
