I honestly think RatNet's a great site, especially for technical information -- I've learned so much about my Bonneville from the people there. But the atmosphere has definitely gotten a little bit too politically correct. We're all adults, and it's insulting to have moderators editing our posts and treating us like children.

So at this point I use RatNet primarily as an information resource, and for personality I go to ADVrider or here.

Moderation should only be done when you cant find a DD for a ride home. Let people be who they are for shit sakes I am a farrier I come home smelling like horse shit and I drink cheap beer but would give the shirt on my back if I like you. I get tired of being bossed around and informed I have to be politicaly correct why ?

Wow, I didn't realise how widespread the censorship on RatNet is. Maybe we should invite more people to join us here!

Very well! I've been to a couple of his tech days at his mom's house. Ridden with him many times. Need to rin your wires thru your bars? I'm your guy :)

"Fuck you you fucking fuck" is Dennis Hopper, not Tenacious D, you Fuck.
surpassed only by Joe Pesci in Goodfellas

Fucking censorship fucking irritates the fucking shit out of me. Fuck 'em if they can't take it. You start a fucking site for bikes favored by hooligans, what the fuck for you expect, you fucking fuckheads?

I'm better now Mark. It was all that pent up foul language from posting on the ratnet. Thanks for the stress release.
