I hope you and every one else is having a great summer.

After spending way, way, way too much time trying to spend my $75.00 gift card at CycleWise web site.
I had $200.00 worth of items in my cart but, it keep saying the card was in valid !#@*!
I finally called them, and they said I have to be in the store to use it.
Well, I don't plan on being up in that part of the woods any time soon.
So, if you will, sent me your mailing address and I will send you the $75.00 card.

Hey Billy, thanks for the offer! But you won it fair and square; hang onto it till you happen to be in the area and can swing by and use it. Great excuse for a nice ride on a beautiful fall day!

And yeah, they don't have an online store, unfortunately.

They do have a on line store. They just won't except that gift card, unless you come into the store.
They lost over $200.00 bucks that I had ready to buy, buy it kept rejecting the card saying it was invalid.
I went to the web site on the back of the card and it said there is $75.00 on the card.
I called Cycle Wise and they said you have to be in the store to use the card.
There is no way I will be up in that area any time soon or later.
So It will go to waste if I can't give it to some one that will use it.

Interesting. That online shopping is new to their site. I expect it's intended mainly for in-store pickup; I'll have to ask them about it next time I'm there.

Do you ever run into Seth? I bet he could use it, especially since he's been talking about moving up to Vermont. Or I'm sure we could find another suitable recipient. I'd just feel like a total ass using the card myself since I arranged for them to donate it -- really appreciate the thought though!

I won a gift card from them a few years ago. I ordered a pair of gloves from them over the phone & they took the card that way & shipped me the gloves. I can't believe they cant process it over the phone. I'd talk to someone else.

I will call them again and ask if they would.

I work just down the road from Cyclewise. If calling doesn't work, figure out what you want to get and I'll help make it happen. They take customer service pretty seriously, so I hope it does. In any case, having a gift card you can't easily use sucks so I don't want to see it happen to you (been there done that).

I did call them back. I had to talk to Ron ? I think that was his name.
He said once I figure out what I want , call back and he can put it in over the phone and ship it out to me.

Interesting as I think I still have mine from BTB 2013.
