Friday rides

Postby lzrdking61 » Sat Apr 12, 2008 9:09 am

There are some of us going up on Thursday. Is anyone planning anything as far as rides on Friday earlier in the day? What about some suggestions as far as rides and those of us who are there can do our own thing on Friday. Does not have to be anything organized as I think the people who have organized this have done a great job and enough already.

FRIDAY

Postby TonUp » Sat Apr 12, 2008 12:15 pm

Some of us are heading to PUTNEY for BBQ on Friday morning around 11:00. We will probably do part or all of the Southern VT ride on your rides page. We want to be back in Bennington before 5:00pm for meet and greet. I really like meeting new folks and kicking tires.

Maybe Robin will let me ride her bike this year?

As Robin stated Mark will be posting some more rides for everyone to go solo or in a group. We do have some beautiful country roads and we are hoping that you will have a pleasant ride as well.

I'll be in Manchester Friday morning. Gettin my hair cut at 9am. Sounds silly, but the lady who cuts my hair is an old family friend and has been battling cancer for several years, so I like to visit and throw her a little business when ever I can. So after that I'm meeting Matt at the Bagel Works, probly by like 9:20 or so. Doesn't take long to cut my hair :) Then we're gonna ride down to Bennington and meet the guys by 11 to ride over to Putney.

Hey Tito, I just noticed you mentioned "Maybe Robin will let me ride her bike this year?" I'll bet she'll trade rides with your S3 for the day!

Hey Tito,
From what I've been told, you can't keep the front wheel on the ground with those S3's!
