Bennington Triumph Bash

Has anyone else called to confirm their reservation yet? Here's the story...

Several weeks ago Matt called to try to add Thursday night to our reservation which I had made. They couldn't find me in the "computer" or whatever they are using.

A couple weeks later I finally got around to calling them. At first they didn't have me, even tho I mentioned Triumph. Finally the guy was like "wait are you with a group?" Yeah Triumph, ok he found me. I added thursday to the res.

Today Matt called to double check, and they aparently have us for JUNE 29th to July 1. Not May. WTF?!? So I haven't called yet, but I thought I would check here first and see if anyone else has had a similar problem. They seem to be using a weird system where "groups" get lumped separately, and I think it's causing problems. My only other theory is that somehow my extra night screwed things up.

I just got off the phone with the hotel my reservations are in good standing and everything is confirmed. I also confirmed my room at the Mid Town Hedge so everything is good on my end.

I made my reservations back in January and they sent me a email confirmation
with check in and check out time and date and a confirmation number.

It says that I must present the conformation letter at check in.

Holy Shit! Maybe I'd better call Woodford Forest. I'd hate to be fit in next to the outhouse.

Yeah Bill so does mine but I called anyway to make sure. I had made reservations at the Mid Town end of November when whisper brought the idea up and after the first of the year I made reservations at the Paridise to be with the hurd. Hedge asked me to keep the Mid Towns just in case some one of our friends waited till the last minute and needed a place to stay. I am sure with the number of us that there is a waiting list for the college grads families .

Well I never got a confirmation email... and I suspect its because they didn't take down my email address correctly over the phone.

I suspect they had it screwed up from the very beginning and had you down for
the wrong months.
The confirmation letter they sent me looks like a general computer type form
where they fill in the information.
So I'm sure they have me on record in there computer.

Same here Bill , I have my E- Mail Confirmation Paper. Should I call anyway just in case?

I don't feel the need to but, if it will make you feel better it wouldn't hurt to double check.
Like I said , I'm sure they have us on record in there computer.
Along with with quit a few police stations computers LOL.

I just realized that because of our Office move and my lack of time to devote to anything else I failed to re-check my reservations. I just called Kirkside and UncleCharlie's & my room are secured! No problems here! Thx for the reminder!

See originally when Matt called they couldn't find me, so I called and they found me, so THAT;s why I'm a little freaked out. Plus they HAD me with the Triumph group, so you'd think the dates would be pretty straight forward...

We're good to go now but it's going to cost us a bit more. We're in the deluxe Jacuzzt Suite!
