After trolling for awhile and missing the '08 Bash, I thought I'd sign in before the '09 Bash.

I live in Northern NJ, but my folks live up in Cambridge, NY about 20 miles from Bennington so I'll be crashing with them. As long as weather cooperates, I'm planning on coming up to celebrate my birthday at the Bash.

Now I just have to decide which Triumph to ride...
I have an '03 Speedmaster and an '06 Speed Triple.
I'd like to take the Triple, but luggage space is severely restricted.

Either way, I have new tires for both bikes on the way - so no jokes about chicken strips when I get there.

Welcome! Bienvenido!

What are chicken strips? Not familiar with that term, LOL!!! We will find you as couple of roads to get rid of your strips! :-)

P.S.Sorry about starting a new thread...I thought I replied to the "NEW MEMBERS" thread, but added a new subject line so it popped up as a new thread. Ooops!

Welcome BigRed, Your gonna dig these folks man, there aren't any major bells and whistles on this event but it's one of the best I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds.
It's the company that makes this fun. See ya there, Touko

Thanks, TonUp! I;m assuming you are the same guy from the other Triumph forums (?)

Oh, and I was joking about the chicken strips but then realized the picture I posted of my Triple was from the day I brought it home new with less then 100 miles on the clock. Now those are some serious chicken tenders!

Here is a more recent one, with mods, sans chicken strips..

Thanks, Touku!
I love no frills and I love BBQ, so I'm looking forward to the Brattleboro ride.
