I got gas from thinking about gas. I talked with my sister today and haven't kept up on all current events, I do know that it is at least $100.00 a barrel right now. In our neck of the woods we are paying $3.19 a gallon of regular unleaded, she was saying by April they are projecting $3.65- regular. I'm hoping that this doesn't happen ..........All I can say is Holy SHIT!

My Farrier Rig is diesel $3.55 a gallon today when I fueled up so gas takes three more steps to refine its a way for them to stick up your ass and drive the economy down the pipes before the election . That way the lying cocksuckers can claim they are making things better when they get the prices down . I wish those sonsabitches would work together for once for the betterment of the working stiff.

This country is run by a bunch of fucking rich Idiots.Senators and Congressman who are on the job half the time.I got one for ya.Somebody I knew of from Indiana, was in Washington , D.C.,decided they would stop and see Indiana congressman Mark Souder at his office, when this person introduced theirself and from what location, the secretary had never even heard of the location. C'mon man,it's the 3rd largest city in Indiana. Geeeeez. Big Government-just exactly what are forefathers warned about. I have the Chevy Silverado-350 extended cab-Lowered-Mag performance tires and It drinks a lot. I'm gonna fill it up and run it down (fuel) and see(odometer) what kind of money it's going to cost for the Bash.Who we gonna vote for? Hillary -has got one swingin' Obama-Muslim background ,Oprahs boy. The rest? Obsolete and who knows? I wish a middle class American would step up to the plate.

You got me beat my Grandfather always said if the bastards aren't crooked when you vote them in they will be crooked when they get voted out. Just hope for the best my biggest concern is the economy and my guns. I dont want to see anymore of my fellow americans out of work. In Delaware 50% of the state is in forclosure it was on the local news the little town I live in Milford has 273 homes sitting empty for the same reason and 780 new homes for sale. We have slot casinos and the procedes had been earmarked for education so the crooked bastards allow them to build on to the casinos every year so that they dont have to put in the profits my fucking Taxes keep going up the last school tax for new schools has been spent to build a new Football Stadium. So from the local to the National they all need to go crooked assholes. I support my countrymen and women overseas but give me control for five days 4 toget all of them out and 1 to make the biggest fuckin hole you could dip oil out of the ground with a soup ladel. I dont get it we have soldiers and money going into the place every day and dont get anything in return sounds like bad bussiness me if I did that I would go broke Hey wait a minute we are. Sorry people I had to vent touchy subject I lost a brother over in that shit hole the first go around and have had a thorn in my ass since.

Fuel

I hate paying big money for fuel of any kind. And because there is an an increase in the cost of Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene, Propane and it makes it OK to charge more for a Cord of Firewood.

We have to learn to be a little more efficient with our consuming and less wasteful. If I need to go out I try to make a few more stops on the way there like Post Office, Market, Beer and work. And the same rule applies on the way home. I hate having to go back out for something else when I just drove by the place. I am more watchful of my fuel gauge.

I miss my VW Jetta Diesel which used to average 48-50 MPG. Now I drive a Subaru Wagon all wheel drive which is a good thing here in Vermont but it only gets 26MPG. Most our traveling this year was done via Motorcycle. Most my bikes get over 40MPG and the V-Strom gets over 50MPG on a regular basis. I can pick up a few groceries on it and beer and have a lot more fun than driving a car.

I wish our riding season was longer but I get to ride the bikes for about 8 months a year I might be moving somewhere warmer in 3-4 years when my son begins College.

So I agree with the fact that this is a very greedy and crooked FUCKING world when it comes to FUEL!!! And lets not forget Insurance Companies! I do those miserable BASTARDS are laughing to the bank everyday.

So what can we do?

Do we all not buy any fuel country wide for a week? And I mean all of us! The entire planet! Take a sick day or two, take a vacation day. I think it would make a little difference and perhaps send a message. What if we all drove more efficient vehicles as our primary transportation?

Any way something to ponder!

I hate paying over $2.00 per gallon!

I just want to know-Do you really need that Cadillac Escalade that seats 12 when it's just you and your family of 4? In Europe, gas has always been expensive-so what do they do over there-drive smaller cars. If you really need a luxo cruiser buy a Mercedes diesel. You don't need a 4 wheel drive SUV in Florida-I guarantee no snow. There are such simple ways to save energy.

There's a great editorial in Car and Driver this month about gas milage. How the CAFE regulations are going to require 35 mpg corporate average soon. He pointed out that it is basically missleading people into thinking they are going to have the same choices of vehicles to buy that are magically going to get better gas milage! Bullshit. There's no way to get a 6000 lb flying brick to get that, period. The only way we're going to ever be less reliant on that stuff is to change our lifestyle, and that's just not something a lot of people are willing to do. I would love to get better milage, and my next car will be much better, but it's my choice to save bucks, ya know? Lots of people love their big trucks, and we have a right to like what we like, but ya gotta realise take the good with the bad...

I drive a Jeep Cherokee for work and I bury it all the time in mud, and deep snow. My work requires to drive on some pretty bad places where there are no roads. I can't afford to get stuck. When I had my Jetta I would commute 82 miles daily one way to work in some pretty deep snow., rain, slush, ice, bad weather, I have to get to where I am going.

Do we dare go back to the beginning and talk about who we vote for? I think the only one who has any brains whatsoever is Hilary! She is highly educated and does seem to be concerned with the State of America and Americans in General. Sure her husband got his dick sucked by a young thing but that shit has been going on forever and will never stop. Think about it, although she is very smart she isn't what I would dream of tapping at the end of the day so a guy being a guy (a dirty dog) I see how he ended up with his pants down to his ankles. That said I would imagine as soon as Hilary takes office one of the first people to get fired will be Bill. The other thing about Bill is he did get our national debt down to nothing which George Junior totally fucked up in no time at all. I think the only logical choice for our next president is Hillary. I just don’t see someone addressing our leader as President Hucklebee and being taken seriously – when I hear that name I expect the clown to come running out with the big Horn and start tooting it and go into his routine.

Huckabee scares the shit out of me. I expect a revival of the Spanish Inquisition if that bastard gets elected.

But Hillary scares the shit out of me too. If she gets elected, I expect the Nanny State to be taken to extremes. GPS black boxes mandatory on all cars and bikes that electronically limit you to the speed limit, ridiculous taxes on gasoline to make it impossible to go anywhere unless you buy an electric car, universal (ie, lowest common denominator) health care meaning no one's going to be able to get GOOD health care (just see Europe's screwed-up system), not to mention the elimination of all private gun ownership. (Okay, I'm being a little hyperbolic, but don't think this isn't all stuff she'd love to achieve.)

I don't know, I think all our choices are horrible (as usual). This country is doomed.

That's what I'm saying - we haven't had a good choice since Kennedy. So who do we vote for? I would vote for Colin Powell if he would just run! I might cast a vote for Bloomberg but he knows that a woman will get in before a member of out Tribe! So – there ain’t really nobody once again!

What's the problem?
