712mi = 1424mi round-trip. Roughly 12 hrs. Left at 9:30 AM Home at 10:00PM
Despite the Sub-Tundra Arctic Dampness for the first couple of days at the campground up in them- their mountains , it was great to see everybody again. Some Peeps we did see briefly and would like to have seen more of and some we saw all the time and........ Oh , LMAO ! Hedge are you reading this?.......... Just kidding. ( I have pictures) We did joke a lot to cut the irony ! ( The chum chili)
The campground gang weathered through. Obviously well seasoned NOW. The first couple days my Bro' Touk's site and my family's site priorities were = Fire , Food, Sleep.
Like my Bro' BonnevilleBilly said : Whadya' gonna do ? Ya know ? It's a ball-busta'.

My second UncleCharlie said that the proprietor at 'Hemmings' counted about 80 bikes ( going out ) Sat. morning.
Damn that's great ! Folks we gotta keep this rolling !
It was a great start for the summer biking this season and it was good to see all the familiar faces again from Alabama, Vermont,Connecticut, Massachusetts,Maine,New York, Lol, not from Indiana though !( and new ones ! Ottawa & so forth.) including the whole Connecticut Rockers Group. ( Speaking of rolling - "Jed Clampett " truck is starting to show it's wear , still die hard but starting to drink some erl.)
Great time and home safe.
P.S. THANKS TOUK' FOR THE TRIUMPH LIGHTER AND MOST EXCELLENT COMRADERIE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A BUMMER IF YOU GUYS WOULD HAVE
SAID THE HELL WITH THIS AND SPEED WOULD HAVE TO HAVE GONE SOLO ON THE CAMPING.
P.S.S. NEED TO DETAIL BIKE BEFORE IT TURNS INTO IT'S ORIGINAL STATE,ORE.

I'm gonna bounce. Peace Out !
Speed.

Yeah, that sounds about right -- I had 18 bikes on my Adirondacks ride, Tito had 18 on his ride, Benny had about 20 on his, and there were a whole bunch of people who just did their own thing.

Awesome pics Steve. I saw my own mug in a few of em :D Yup, 23 bikes to Dorset, 21 up Equinox! Not bad I say. My group was actually a little big for my taste, but having the Rocker dudes at the back giving me a thumbs up when everyone was there was a great help! Next year, a few more miles in the morning, less down time at the stops.

Funny thing was, my sister was randomly driving thru Dorset when we rolled in, so she stopped to say hello, and my dad joined us for lunch! Good times.

Yeah,Benny that was neat that your family was practically at your fingertips. Only in a small town.LoL.
Did you see that last picture, of the Harley riders at Bill's gravesite that stopped what they were doing to get a mugshot. They were from New Hampshire. Touk' and I were all over the place looking for it and they walked right up to the site. Duh?
They were cool.
Speed.

Very cool man! Ya know I've been in that gravesite before, but never to Bill's, I should swing in next time.

Speed, it was great to meet you and Donna. Between now and next year, get your beautiful bride through the MSF course and onto her own bike?
