I was perusing the State campgrounds and see that this one has lean to's. Rates are good. Something to consider...

Hey Matt, the State Park would be cool though they do have quite a few rules to go by.

http://www.vtstateparks.com/htm/2006Rules.pdf

Here's rule # 10. Alcoholic beverages in bulk containers (larger than 1 gallon or 4 liters) are prohibited in State
Parks except day use areas when served to an organized group by an individual possessing the
appropriate license. Guess that means kegs are out.

Rates do look good though.
Is there anyone who has been to the campground south of Bennington?
Here's the link.

That looks interesting. Can't say I've ever tired to carry a keg on my bike, so probably not an issue there. If it's in a valley it might be a tad warmer and drier than boss Ed's campsite up in the clouds. Would be good if someone had experience camping there and could share their experiences with us.

I hear ya Gilligan, I've had 2 twelve packs but not a keg yet. You never know about the Rockers though as they bring pickups and all. About the other campsite. Figure someone can do some recon on it when the weather warms up. Ha Ha, boss Ed, man he was a trip (or perhaps he was just trippin :)-
