Hedge checking in . . .

Postby Hedge » Sat Mar 28, 2009 7:09 am

I have been really busy these days at work and am still lucky to have a job! However, as Spring approaches my mind is on riding and of course the 2nd annual BTB! We will launch from the bottom of RT 7 in Norwalk CT where I now live either Thursday or Friday. That will be determined as we get closer to the weekend of the bash depending on weather; which I hope the God's of warmth are with us this year. Regardless, as of now Jimmy will be coming up early and staying in the Enfield suite at the Hedge residence and launching with me, Uncle Charlie and a handful of other riders. Anyone who wants to launch from the bottom of RT 7 will love the scenic route we take to get to Bennington. We leave around 9am as the morning gets warmer and take all back roads up there, traversing the New England countryside and the many small towns that are between launch & destination. Of course we will stop at the Toy-makers again to break for lunch and we usually meet up with other members there thus increasing our size of our group. We will roll into Bennington sometime after 2pm to setup camp! Anyone that wants to join our ride up there is welcome; just lets us know so we can coordinate with you. When we set the launch time we launch - we don't wait for people who over slept!

Hey Hedge
Great to hear from you. I was wondering when you would show up.
I thought you fell off the other side of the earth.
I can't check in on NBR since Bonaheadfide band a whole bunch of us.
Fuck him and his forum......
I am looking forward to this years BTB to see every one again and to meet some new.
I plan on heading up Thursday but I will be staying just a 1/2 mile up the road from the camp ground.

Looking forward to hearing more from you.

Dammit Bill - you were the first one that said, "this is what happens when you do nothing for 2 years and finally get caught!" :D
You were the only person who actually hit the nail completely dead center! I have been working 12 - 14 hour days including weekends since last August when the shit hit the Fan! I'm almost through this now and at least I got a job still. I so look forward to some time with my Triumph brothers! I hope all is well in your world and your doing well. I look forward to seeing you. Wouldn't it be great if the weather was righteous this year!

Yeah, Hedge we thought maybe you were abducted by space aliens, or something. Good to hear that you are doing bennington this year. We will have to figure out the details for the ride up. Let's hope the weather gods do right by us.

Hedge! Good to see ya. I'm on the facebook too, look me up, dammit! I want some ribs :D

I'm reserved in the big house for thursday night too, so I'm planning on going up then, unless it's a hail storm or something rediculous.
02 BA, lots of goodies...
I may live in NY, but I grew up in VT! I'm a local for this one...
