Milo's Ride 5/29/09

The BBQ ride on Friday May 29th will be dedicated to our missing brother Milo. We would like to get a $10 donation from each person and donate the money in Milo's behalf to Heifer International.

I have been talking to Nisha about us doing something nice in his memory. And here is a bit of information she wanted to share with us

"So Milo was actually Ken Wicks, he rode an 89 triumph adventurer, he was a blacksmith and fly fisherman....He was a happy dude who totally loved his bikes!! Loved to ride in India took an Enfield up to 18000 ft in the Himalayas. Thanks again for doing this!

He's a great guy for us to remember, it's a great idea, a great charity to support, and an absolute honor to have Nisha with us again this year!

I remember her and talked with her , briefly.... with Hedge out in front of the Saloon,
Downtown Bennington that Sat. night with all the Hulla baloo.
I think I might have made mention of something towards Milo , glad to see it
materialize. Speed.

I'm in for both the ride and remembering Milo. I am an advid flyfisherman so first cast this spring will be for Ken because I know God will keep him on the rising fish all day long now.
