Are You Ready to ROCK!

Postby Hedge » Tue Apr 14, 2009 10:17 pm

45 days to go! I'm sorry I haven't contributed more but I’m still workin off my penance! I just got off the phone with Tito and he brought me up to Triple Speed on what is happening. I can't believe how many posts there are and how many I have to sift through to catch up and throw in my 2 cents.

Anyway, The Ugly Ass Monkey Gang will be launching once again from the bottom also the very beginning of RT7 and heading North to Bennington. Anyone who wants to join us is welcome to start from Norwalk or join us at our lunch stop at the Toy Makers for lunch

or make arrangements to meet us anywhere on our ride. Note that we take a very long extended scenic ride through traditional back country New England towns in no particular rush at all. The slow scenic ride up there is one of the highlights of the whole event. This year, providing the weather cooperates with us, UncleCharlie, Jimmy and myself and anyone else who wants to travel with us, will contemplate leaving Thursday morning; kickstands up at 10am sharp. If the weather is not our friend we might wait until Friday. This will be a weatherman call that will probably be determined by Tuesday night. But eventually we will return to Bennington -

I'm pretty sure I'm joining the campers . . . ah what the fuck I'm going with the flow!

Kick stands up at 10am sharp. Jesus I thought you said you were leaving in the morning. Don't hurt yourself crawling out of bed.

A. This is New England in the Spring and not the deep South so it is still cold!
B. We are not in any kind of rush and we want to make sure we arrive at our lunch spot at lunchtime.
C. We look very forward to seeing you all! :D

D. A 10am departure allows folks from farther away to meet up with us. Worked well last year.

Steve-O I certainly did and i thought I thanked you for it. If I didn't I humbly apoligize and it was only because I'm so buried with work, and thank God I got work! Thank you very much my brother!

Yeah me too, one of the fortunate ones to still have a place of employment , places are folding left and right here and there , however, I can blame some of that on city government.
