What I did over my Birfday!

Postby Hedge » Thu Apr 30, 2009 4:27 pm

Yeah you missed it! Yeah you all hurt my feelings! Yeah if I was as good looking as Lauren you all would have remembered! So fucking what! :D
My 51st birfday was on the 28th so I took off Monday & Tuesday to celebrate it and more to re-circle Microsoft Test 70-290 which I failed in Vegas. I crammed my ass off on Monday and crammed again Tuesday morning and went into the test center around 10:30am and was out by 12pm! You need to score 700/1000 and there were 44 questions with 5 simulations. I made a chart and was “Positive” on 39 of the questions and was “Maybe” on 5 of them. So even if I got those 5 wrong I would still mathematically pass. I pushed the end test button and scored a 928/1000 which means I might have gotten 3 wrong.

I then figured it was time to relax for the rest of the day. I decided to get my car good and washed and then I got home and I figured it was time to roll out the Bonneville and detail her. 2 Hours later she was spotless! The spokes were the main bitch but I did her right!

I then took her out for a 3 hour Long Island coast line cruise! It was an outstanding ride. No particular rush just cruising slowly listening to the Predators growl and smelling Spring air! I got home before the wife got out of work and admired my new Dogwood tree I planted the previous weekend!
In case some of you are not familiar with that story the tree lives where a 10 year old Oak tree use to live which I topped, stripped of branches, dug up the stump and removed all the roots. It only took 5 chain saws to complete the job! As UncleCharlie says, “Home Depot and Sears are the best short term rental centers for home jobs!”

And 1 week later – look at her!
