Where is Bonniegirl & Lovel?

Postby TonUp » Thu May 21, 2009 9:16 pm

Last night they where in Virginia, Robin had a small mishap at 0 mph , no one hurt except for her shifter on the Bonneville. Found an awesome Custom bike shop and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes early this morning.

Tonight they are in Pennsylvania! Having dinner with Robins brother.

Paul and Robin will update this post.

Thanks!

Tito

Thanks Tito, PA. is making good time. Personally I love PA. for racking up the miles and riding on some reletively good highway.

Dammit!
trying to find a job in my field.
My shitty circus of a life will not let me be there for the bash this year. I was so looking forward to the ride up with paul and robin, but it just coulnt be.

My bike is in the hospital in knoxville, being repaired from a mishap in Cherokee, N.C., a couple of weeks ago, but even if Lucy was healthy, I probably could not have made it. I have been working like a mad man, building houses, and in the last few days, all of my plans have changed.

The only bright spot now is my new lady, and the thoughts of you sorry bastards torturing Tito for me.

I will try to check in more often, to see what I am missing, and I want all of you to know I would be with you if I could.

Paul and Robin, I love you guys. Be safe, and enjoy.

Sorry for the delay. We have been doing a little resting and recovering in Chazy NY. Went swimming in Lake Champlain yesterday. Damn thats cold. We were actually putting the boat thingys in the water. Having to take the bolts off in neck deep water really sucks. Never really new what cold water was until yesterday. In case anybody wonders, really cold water starts to burn after about 5 minutes.

We camped in VA on Wednesday night and improvised the shift lever til we could get to someone who could fix it. Stopped at Greenville Chopper Works in Greenville VA about 10 Thursday morning. They got everything fixed and I had it put back on the bike and we were ready to leave in less than 30 minutes. Those guys were great.

Thursday was a beautiful ride through VA, WV, and PA. HWY 11 up the Susquehana river is really incredible scenery. Stopped in Shamokin Dam PA on Thursday night which is right across the river from the town my dad grew up in, Sunbury PA. Robin's brother met us in Shamokin so we could ride together on Friday.

Friday was another beautiful day. Finished off PA on HWY 11 except for jumping on the interstate to get around Wilkes Barre/Scranton. Once we got into New York we got on Hwy 12 which took us to HWY 8. Those could be backwards my memories not what it used to be. That took us into the Adirondacks and we got on HWY 30 to continue our journey north. It is a beautiful ride right through the middle of the mountains and on one particularly long straight stretch bonniegirl earned her ton up pirate patch. Once we got to Tupper Lake we took a right to head home to Chazy.

Beautiful ride to the north country. Can't wait to see everybody.

Randy, we will see you later this summer my brother.
