Hey Guys, I'm riding up on Friday morning also - would love to meet up with anyone leaving from Northern NJ / NY.

I'm heading up on my Speed Triple Friday morning from Wayne, NJ (20 miles from Lincoln Tunnel or About 20 miles from the junction of 87 / 287 / 17 / NY State border.

Not afraid of bridges and would love to avoid straight boring roads but I'm totally flexible on routes. Any chance we could pick a rally point for NJ/NY guys to meet north of the city, say near Bear Mountain or Woodbridge Commons or near the Taconic?

Then rather then deal with emails, PM's and cell phones to coordinate, we just rely on people to show up at a set time & place before kick stands up and we start heading north?

I'm in Elmont (almost Queens). I'm not coming home until Monday though. Gonna spend Sunday afternoon exploring VT.

Good idea on a meet point. I'm still undecided about what time to leave. The forecast is so "iffy" for tomorrow. If it's clear out I plan to head out at around 9am from Bergen County, and we could meet at Bear Mountain at around 9:30am. If its raining, I will delay departure until 1pm and make it for 1:30pm at Bear Mountain. Does this seem reasonable?

BigRed - I'm in River Edge which is only about 20 min from you.
