New Job (Training Class)

Postby LoVel » Mon May 17, 2010 8:31 am

Started a new job last week. Extended training class through September. My new boss told me if I took two weeks during training I would not do well and she would put me on a performance improvement plan.(first step towards removal from the position)

I told her, "It's the Bash, Do what you gotta do."
I am an individual. Just like everyone else.

Yours are solid brass for sure! Why don't you ask her to ride up with you on the bitch seat - maybe you'd get a promotion!

I have decided to get out of the people motivation business(management) for a while and try my hand at a little more technical work. I will be making disability determinations for the Social Security Admin. Same employer just a new area of work.
