Almost Ready

Postby bonnevillebilly » Thu May 12, 2011 10:53 am

I just made reservations to stay at the Autumn inn.
It's about 1/2 mile east of rt.7 on rt.9
The place I was staying just around the corner from the camp ground is all booked.
I was going to camp but I changed my mind. A soft bed and hot shower won out especially if it rains.
Now I have to pull my carbs off and figure out what is wrong with them.
Some thing is just not right with them, I don't know what yet but I will figure it out. :scratchhead:
Looking forward to see every one soon.

A few more months won't hurt the leaves, paint 4 doors, paint one room. See there? Instant time!

Finished the leaves last night. Getting 2 doors primed this morning. Hopefully the wife will forget to go to Home Depot to pick out paint for the rooms :naughty:

It's almost finally here! Been waiting a long long time for the date to roll around. I'm really jumping out of my skin to ride VT for 3 days!

I am hoping for a sunny trackday on the 24th, I hate dragging knee in the rain.

Well I am hoping I got my carbs squared away? :scratchhead:
I replaced a few Orings , new float needle assembly and I reinstalled the accelerator pumps.
I took it for a couple of quick rides Sunday and she seemed to be running alright.
If it ever stops raining I still want to take her out a few more times before I feel every thing is alright.
I will be ready to go Thursday morning June 2nd. and I will be arriving in Bennington some time in the afternoon.
I am also hoping it is getting all the rain out of it's system now so it will be nothing but sun shine and blue Sky's for our weekend.
See you all soon.

Hi Bill-
Wanna ride up together Thursday AM?
This year I'm on an alternate BTB schedule, what with Em graduating HS. Heading up Thursday, returning Saturday to MA (bleah!) evening for Em's graduation on Sunday (yay!).

Are we planning the annual breakfast in Attleboro /MA BIA meet/ think BTB thoughts ride on the 29th?

Peace,
Paula

Hi Paula

For sure, I would love to ride up to Bennington with you.
I'm staying in town this year but I will be hanging with the mountain men at the camp ground.

I have a lot of shit I have to get done before the BTB so I won't be doing the BIA run this year.
email me and we can make plans to meet for the ride up.

See you soon

I'm trying to buy a new Tiger 800 but one son, Dan, is in Virginia at a convention and the other son, Doug, is working long hours so neither can help me get the trade in bikes into the truck
so I'll ride the Thruxton this year and hang with the Rockers
