Once we figure out a definite start time for friday afternoon I'll know how much time we have. Maybe we can do bagel works for breakfast and the putney diner for lunch?!? How bout that Tito? they do pancakes all day?!? Besides, Manchester is ON YOUR WAY from Castelton! Perfect? Glad I thought of it. We'll take 11 up over the mountain, maybe 30 down to putney? Maybe mix in some 100? Then back over 9? Whacha think?

Friday

Postby TonUp » Thu Jan 24, 2008 7:31 pm

Benny!

I will have an answer for riding on Friday as we get closer to the event. I know that we are going for a big ride on Saturday. I will try to get down to Bennington early Friday morning and if possible join you in Manchester and ride down to Putney. Route 9 is a fun ride from Brattleboro. I might even sneak down early Thursday after work.

Thanks!

Tito

As we get closer we'll figure it out. But no need to go all the way to Bennington. Just jump down 30 to Manchester, thru Malfunction Junction and Bagel Works is on your right by McDonalds :D Whenever we pick a "this is when we start showing up" time in Bennington for Friday we'll have a better idea of how much time we have to ride.

Sounds like a plan, I just want to be available to help Robin, Mark and the BASH!

Thanks!

Its like a 418 mile ride for me so when I get there I am going to search for a Cheese Burger and a Beer and not in that order. I think check in is like 2 for us and I am not sure but I think Hedge and Charlie are going to take us up the back way site seeing type of thing which is cool .

Oh definitely. Hey, if we need to help set something up, then I'll ride right down after breakfast, I don't care. I just figured we could hit the Bagels AND Putney diner in one shot :D
