Mencia was good when he was new, and I like what he has to say (like don't tell a joke you wouldn't tell to someone's face), but his gimmick is getting old. I bet if I don't watch him for a while it'll be funny again!

Black,Attell and George Lopez are great. Mencia is IMO a tool of the white TV community to make fun of Black`s and Latino`s.He rips off material from Lopez and even old Bill Cosby shit, puts on the modern spin and touts it as his own.But other than him,I like damn near all standup.Hell, I`m going to see Carrott Top at the Luxor in April. How depraved is that? The guy is a fuckin genius.Just like our old Oz buddy,Yahoo Serious.

Benny - I love standup comedy. I have seen a lot including Steven Wright. One of my best friend owns the Treehouse Comedy Club which has many venues throughout CT. I have seen just about everyone when they were newcomers. Right now I really like Louis CK and Jim Norton. I was suppose to go see Norton last weekend but he cancelled to do something else. When he reschedules I can arrange free tix for us if you want to motor up in the cage with the wife. Maybe we can combine the tech day with comedy evening!

Lewis Black is definitely be on the short list. So is Dave Attell (rodburner mentioned). Patton Oswalt .. but my fav all time comedian was Sam Kinison.

I liked Sam Kinison, he was a little loud but very funny. Have you ever seen the HBO special "Lucky Louie" It is fucking hilarious! If anyone has the Philips DVP 5960/37 DivX player I have a Ton-Up of movies that I can share out with you guys!

The Philips DVP5960/37 DVD/DivX player is quite possibly the best $45-$60 you could ever spend for home entertainment. This is all you need to play any Downloaded movie, TV Series or anything else that is converted into DivX format.

Yeah there's another video of Pauly Shore commenting on the incident too since it's his mom's comedy club where they were. Sounds like most commedians don't want to get involved, but they are also VERY adimant that you don't steal other people's shit.

I saw Steven Wright last fall....I don't think I could get a breath in I was laughing so hard...I like the dry witted, cerebral comics, but then again I like silly goofy stuff too....Tito mentioned George Carlin, Lily Tomlin's classic stuff, Judy Tenuda, Kevin Meany...who's that other blond guy from Boston, did that cable firefighter show.....I've got a Dane Cook CD on my iPod for when I go to the dentist.

I just watched Dave Attell last night on cable and I could stop laughing! My wife got pissed and told me to turn it down because she had to go to work the next morning so I did but the laughing stayed the same volume! :-)
