I think check in is like 2 for us and I am not sure but I think Hedge and Charlie are going to take us up the back way site seeing type of thing which is cool .

Jimmy - you are correct my friend! Scenic you can count on! There will be plenty of piss stops for the ladies and we will meander back and forth through one little town after another until we get to Bennington!

Like I told you earlier - if you want to truck the bike up here to CT you can safely unload here and store the truck at my place and ride the last 150 miles. If you want to bring more than one bike and decide to leave one in Stamford we can securely park it in my underground parking facility.

I know where the Mcdonalds is in Manchester. I was there this past summer when we were staying in Stratton. I'm almost ready-bought a tailbag for theTiger yesterday-just need to get a new windshield and mirror extenders and I'm set.

There's very little parking at the bagel place, so it's actually probably better to park and Mc Ds and walk next door.

Have you ever ridden Route 108 in Stowe? Ask Mark about it lots of fun!

Rides led by folks familiar with the area would be so cool! Both Mark and Tito are great leads. And for me, Bennington is the Deep South! I don't usually go that far south unless a family member passes away.

I'm glad you're planning different paces. My wife, who is very G-rated, doesn't care for my usual pace and generally expresses her her displeasure with kidney punches.

I'm fortunate enough to live about three miles from 108. When the snow melts and the fallen leaves and tourists are behaving, I get to ride that stretch every day.

That ride, and beer, are my favorite things in life.

Is that the one that gets REAL narrow to go between two boulders at one point? Then yes I have :) We rode it at one of the New England raids.

Awesome road! We rode it with a fairly large group, so certainly not full tilt, but it was cool. Goes by a ski area too right?
