Ass Doctor said I'm fine! He said keep a TA, Use it for Exit Only and see him again in 5 years. The stomach is a different story. I have a herniated something or other that is not bad, and the hole that leads to the stomach is closed up more than usual. He said that's why I needed so many tums. He said if I take 1 Prevacid every morning on an empty stomach for the rest of my life i will be fine. So, fundamentally all is well and we ride!

Hedge, very good news. I'm glad. I work in public health (with a breast, cervical, colon, and prostate cancer screening program) and it's tough that as we hit the 40's and up, age itself increases our risk for the scary stuff. It's never easy waiting for those test results to come back.

Life is short- eat (low-fat, high fiber) dessert first! Hee- hee.

Yup I couldn't be happier except for one problem. The abscess on the tooth in front of the pulled one has not gone down. I now believe that the Dentist and the Tooth Puller were correct in their assessment of the problem target being the root canal tooth that the root canal doctor dismissed me on after charging me $140 for a 5 min visit instead of the back molar. If the root canal molar has to come out then I have no molars left on the bottom left side and will have to go for an implant. Implants are not covered by Dental insurance because they will tell you that you have other teeth in your mouth to chew with so use them. If you don't like that then you’re looking at Cosmetic surgery for an implant and they don't cover that. So, the bottom line is $3000 - $6000 for a single implanted molar. I will get on the phone with the 3 doctors and talk this one out first. Then I will contact my insurance company and see if they will cover. If the answer is no then I will contact the Family Law-firm and have them make a couple of friendly calls. If this all fails, my parents already said they would pay for the molar. I hate asking them for anything just out of self-sufficient principle.
