Who is riding Daytona, Sprint or Speed Triple to the BASH?

Have questions about the event or the area? Want to plan a ride in with others who are coming? Here's the place for it.

If Samy Hagar would have only made the song "I CAN drive 55". I can control myself..........................Sometimes. I'm really looking forward to this, plus I'm planning on spending a few days riding in NH and ME after the Bash.

It doesn't matter, I just want to be in York Monday or Tuesday night to visit family. I started another thread for that. http://www.armchaircommando.org/benning ... highlight=

I'll be there on my Speed Triple. I think. I 'm pretty sure.... All the rides sound good. I know the area a little bit too having lived there in 03, 04, 05, 06 myself. So no ones going to get lost.

I got a bad speeding ticket last year in Ellesworth, ME. Those points screwed me for the next several riding seasons as I my job requirese me have a liscence.

So we know tito will get as spirited as those with him and how much they push him. That one will probably be for the more advanced. And, Mark can do the GAP in his sleep on a bonny faster than most squids on a 675's ...this we also know, but as a leader of his ride he has pledged to set a little more sedate pacefor those who want to join him. On any of the rides, you should set your own pace. Ride your own ride. They can wait for us slow polks at the next intersection. Or some of we speed merchants can wait for the group to catch us. Or even go on our own. We should have plenty of time during any these rides where we can stretch our bikes legs a little ...if you know what I mean.
Well done is always better than well said.

I will be stretching mine! LOL

You are responsible for twisting your own throttle , NOT I!!! I will make the ride fun and safe!

OK.... then I will be sure to bring my LOUD!!!!!!!!! and FAST!!!!!!!!!Bonnie
Tito I had this thing out on the wide open highway a few days ago and man oh man
can this thing GO..... I opened her up pretty good.
I was cruising at 80 mph staying with the flow of traffic and then there it was
steering me right in my face a good 1/4 mile or more of 3 empty lanes of open highway
and no place for the cop to hide.
So I let her go, she pulled all the way from 80 to 125mph. then I very quickly run out
of road and I run out of balls at the same time. I didn't even look at the tach but, I know
she still had more to go. That is the fastest I ever had her.
I know if and when I see the chance steering me in the face again....
I will do it again :P
