I did not. But it's entirely possible that it got lost among the 200 spam emails I had waiting for me when I checked my mail on Saturday night. Could you resend, and make sure you put Bennington in the subject line?

Thanks!

Mark I re-sent it last night.

Yeah I hope to hear back from Mark soon. I just sent him a google map of it to get his opinion if it was too complicated... Several turns, most intuitive to me, but ya never know... So if it looks good I'll write up the directions and get can post a map.

Hey Benny, got the email this time, thanks. I've been out of town all week so haven't had a chance to do anything with it. I'll put together a PDF and post it this week.

Glad it made it! No rush. Drop me an email once you look at it and let me know what you think, then I can put together formal directions with land marks and the lunch stop.

More rides!

Postby TonUp » Wed Jun 11, 2008 10:45 pm

We had awesome rides, riders were considerate, pipes were loud enough, and the wheelies were sweet!

Hoping to ad two more rides for next year to the existing list. Keeping them around 150 miles in length.

Hoping to actually do my whole ride next year! The folks at the Wilson house said they were sorry we couldn't make it.

The weather was kind of crappy, but your ride seem quite interesting you should do it next year for sure. I am positive to will have a nice group of bikes.

You too bro. I'm gonna make a point of hanging out with more people next year. That friday night I got NO sleep and the whole hail thing... I just knew I wouldn't have fun, and maybe even be more dangerous being so tired. Wasn't worth it. Should be an awesome ride tho! Next year I'll get my bike ready more ahead of time so I'm better rested :D

Oh, next time you guys ride up old 7 out of Bennington, there's a turn that says "to east ARlington" across from a yellow Motel a couple miles north o Lake Shaftsbury. If you take that, then take a right when it ends, that puts you on River Road cuming up into Manchester and you go thru the East Arlington covered bridge. Great road, VERY little traffic, nice alternative!
