Have questions about the event or the area? Want to plan a ride in with others who are coming? Here's the place for it.

Trat definitely sucks ass. Let Shawn and his tree hug'n followers have their own tea party. Or should I say organic coffee party?

The bitch of it is that there's a great bunch of people over at Rat.Net, and the amount of technical knowledge there is astounding. If you need help figuring out something on your bike, it's an amazing resource. It's a real shame though that the mods are being so insufferably self-righteous -- obviously it's alienating quite a few forum members, and ultimately it'll cause Rat.Net to decline. Grown men and women don't appreciate being treated like children.

Wow, I am going to fit in here quite well it seems! I was joking with Hedge on the mag wheels thing and because it said "group buy" both me and hedges posts were completely deleted. I just don't understand how in the last couple of months unless it is "torque values" or "nice-nice", it is not worthy of a post. I have already been posting and visiting alot less over there... just a shame is all.
Winter sucks!

I could not agree with you more. There is a wealth of information on there and there are
a lot of great people. I have learnt a lot about the new Bonnie's when I first joined.
I am always willing and happy to help out another fellow biker
if and when I can. I feel it has rapidly gone down hill every since a certain few have
taken over as moderator.
I find my self spending less and less time over there because they treat you as if
we are all children.
It is supposed to be a motorcycle forum not a Sunday School.
And what do you get if you want to voice your opinion? You get deleted and told
if you don't like it go find another forum.
yes that did piss me off.

I totally agree with you and Billy. My point that they CAN do what they want is legit, but they choose to DO what they want ALL the time regardless! Sucks. I barely go there. In fact, since this site took off, I haven't bothered... I usually go a few months, then check in, then not. Sounds like I'm not missing much!!

For me, the biggest question is WHY?!? Do you have NOTHING better to do than snipe each and every post on there like it's the last set of pipes on ebay?!? Geez...

Well with the moderators and a few know it alls I think I will pass. I will just stop in here a few times a day and allow my new friends to amuse me for a change.

I get tired of reading the same damn dumb shit day in and day out . If you try to post something fun and refreshing they move it or delete it all together.

It does make a huge difference that we are all hopefully getting together for the BASH and also that we are a lot smaller than RAT. It is hard to keep track of post in RAT, too fucking big.

And also a lot of repetitive posts, brakes, top speed, same old shit.
