How about a campground ? 09' Bennington , VT.

Have questions about the event or the area? Want to plan a ride in with others who are coming? Here's the place for it.

Okay enough shit stories we have to talk about the numbers of beers we need to start this shin dig off. I am thinking like 6 cases of mixed brands with at least 6 mason jars of my favorite clear ass kicker. Hows that sound to you pecker heads LOL.

Damn Jimmy , the latter part sounds hallucinogenic.
I had a buddy once bring some everclear from the Carolinas in a great big jar (2gal) I can never remember being more fucked up than that !
I turned on my hostage girlfriend , she dumped me that night, turned on my cousin, decided to light the remnants of the jar with a bic lighter .... third degree burns on my right hand.
The funny thing is the only reason I remember those things was that I was acutely informed.
Another day in the burn barrel. Speed.

LMAO. It's alright Bro , I'm not a hypocrite. That's one of a hundred stories for this deranged ol' fucker. I got about one brain cell left and if that splits I'm fucked.
That's how come I don't drink anymore.....Too many burns.
Me either ends up on the corner of walk and don't walk or I might take a jet to the Bahama's.
I'm a classic Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
No matter ... I enjoy all you Bro's just the way that you are.
For some reason you all crazy bastards have become my adopted family.
I like to have fun and you fuckers take the cake.
Y'all have got to be one of the funniest group of people that I've ever met.
Yesterday I had a cop run along side me 'He honked his horn' and gave me a thumbs up !
Presumably because I was riding a 'Triumph' ?
That's a first. Usually I'm going downtown. LMAO.
Winter is around the corner and I'm really not looking forward to it.
Still got a job to go to.........so far. Speed.

Yeah, so what's the news on the nice warm soft hotel beds?.....Is the Paradise Inn- or a reasonable facsimile- near wherever you oh so manly outdoorsy camping types are going to be sleeping on rocks?

Rocks are good the 130 a night to get your shit locked into a room that they cant get you back into for four hours is bad. It wasn't till I threatened to turn the place into a parking lot that they called some dude to come break into the room so I could get my clothes and riding gear out. I would take a night in the jail before I would go back to that shit hole.

Ya, I was there too, Jimmy's experience with the Paradise was not so good.
I on the other hand thought it was great. $70.oo bucks a night was not bad at all.
They had a nice soft, warm bed, nice hot shower, nice clean toilet and cable TV.
I don't know man??? I do a lot of camping but, the Paradise sure sounds better
then a cold hard ground, cold public shower, stinky smelly porta john and staring at the walls of my tent to fall asleep.
But, Hey I am a bad ass biker I will figure it out by the time we are ready for the bash.

The friggin beds were too short, pillows were crap. I couldn't even pass out on the friggin bed after leaving Jimmy's patio, it was tooooooo uncomfortable. I slept on the floor and was more comfortable. I realy do like the idea a flushing toilet and hot shower while camping.

Still I will be there, be it in a hennessey hammoch or tent.

Who knows guys I am at this point thinking camping with the passing of time I might be thinking something else. I do know it will not be the paridise thats for fuckin sure. I like warm beds and hot showers and a clean bathroom to but the thought of an open fire grillin and laughing and partying with my friends will out way the hotel .

That's right Jimmy, I think the fun meter will be pegged at the campground! Now I don't blame anyone for wanting to stay at a hotel but you know your gonna want to be where there's a good party and that's gonna be where the campfires are at and you can't build a campfire at the hotel. For some it will be a matter of getting a good nights sleep but I don't sleep well anyway. In fact, I was so damn wired up about the run in general that I didn't sleep worth a shit on Fri. night and so a tent and sleeping bag would have been just as good. Sat. night was a different story as the blow out at the brewery had me slumbering like a baby with nyquil in the formula. Again, tent and sleeping bag would have been just fine. No matter where you stay I can't wait to get to the outside of some good pints with everyone.
