Last year some of us stayed at the Kirkside which wasn't bad for $100 a night. If we do a campsite this year, I just gotta figure out how to pack all that stuff on the bike - haven't done that in a while - guess I have all winter to figure it out.

As far as beer is concerned - Budweiser 30 packs. Unless you can get yeunglings lager in VT or if someone wants to bring it from PA.

I just polished off a case of the black and tan that my best friend brought up to maine for the moose hunt. I hope someone can bring yeunglings to the event. Maybe someone driving a vehicle that is coming from the west or south? As far as packing goes I think I'll be set with a hammock and different tail bag. I can fit most everything in the softside bags.

Dont worry Big Brother several can vouche for this but we will not I repeat WILL NOT run out of beer. I almost ran out of gas last year but had plenty of beer this year we will have some good food and jammin some good music and kicked back laughing and telling war stories. Has anyone heard from Jeff L lately that would top off atleast one nights of laughter he had tina laughing so hard last year she had to go lay down . Tito I /we are going to have the party of all parties this year Thursday and Friday nights will just be a warm up for the main event like a title fight you have to get in practice. I have been working on my grilled hotwings and chili Rx along with the kabobs and grilled potatoes. Even if the weather isn't so great we are going to drink and eat like royality.

It's still hard to believe that many folks showed up with the weather prediction as grim as it was.
Man, that truly was a good time and if Jimmy says there will be beer then the only thing I'm concerned about is how to keep it cold. Hey Jimmy, I'm betting we'll have to take the Dodge on a couple of beer runs so if you could not say something like " hey Todd, hold my beer and watch this" I'd be thankful. LOL, oh shit this is gonna be fun!

I'm gettin hungry now just thinking about the Southern style taters and kabobs. Hot wings too, oh yeah!
Already started making my own dry spice blends and the other day I took a bunch of serrano and habernero peppers and ran'em through the juicer then cooked it down (outside) and "presto" instant WTF am I thinking? Had to add it to a large jar of mexican hot sauce to tame it. Don't worry all, hot is good, pain is not. The experiments will continue until the spice and sauce are worthy enough for the BTB.

Hey Todd, I love messing with hot peppers. There is a way to control the heat and still get the flavor of the pepper. If you want ot have some fun with habernero peppers, thake 2 or three peppers and finely dice them minus the seeds. Then make a vanilla ice cream or make your own ice cream. Combine the two and let them set for a day. The sugar in the ice cream will tone down the heat but man is it good. hot but good.

Brett, sounds great, I'm going to try that pronto. Been all over the recipe books at home and will be putting together spice and sauce that will be hot but all can enjoy then there will be a special bottle available for the unquestionably demented. Something along the lines of Daves insanity sauce.
