Is EVERYBODY camping?
I've read Jimmy's fiery disavowal of the Paradise Inn. :)
Have any arrangements been made for special rates there or anywhere else?
If no, I'd be glad to call the Paradise or another motel and see if we can get a group rate.

What's you know what?
There's a list?
Is it the kind of list I'd want to be on? ;)

Paula
The Paradise Inn was top notch in my opinion.
A lot of people stayed there and had on problems.
As far as I know Jimmy was the only one that had a bad experience.

I still have not made up my mind about camping
I really like the idea of a nice soft warm bed and a hot shower.
The porcelain bowl with a clean seat is nice also if you need one.

I think this Green wood or what ever the name of this camp ground is
also has a motel ? I'm not sure.
I may look into that.

Paula, the campsite has a hostel so you can hang out with us at the campsite and go to sleep in a heated and roofed room with a clean bathroom and a bed to sleep in. Fuck the motels, come hang out with us.

Hey Paula!
CT is alright, I liked RI better but oh well...

You're absolutely right, the hostel is way closer to a motel but it's also way more fun cause I'll be there!

Ok, what the hell is a hostel..... never mind.
At first I thought you just misspelled hotel and and typed hostel.
Then I checked out greenwood and they spelled it hostel, so I had to look it up.
It looks like you are basically shearing a room with lots of beds and you shear the bathroom with the rest of the guests.
And there is usually a common area that you shear....Hmmmmm......

So you will have to listen to every one farting and snoring all night.
And I guess I would have to explain why I'm sporting a woody when I wake up in the morning....Hmmmmm...

I think I'd rather pitch my tent and use my sleeping bag Hmmmm.... I don't know yet.
A nice Hotel sounds a lot better then the hostel or the tent.......
I guess it depends on how rich $$$$ I feel come May.

Yeah Bill the hostel is just a big bunk house, with a shared bathroom and hot water. That may be enough to drag some of the picky types up to the camp ground.

Found a couple links about the hostel. Note the write-up in the first one says there are private rooms available. Don't know the layout so it could still mean having to go through the dorm rooms ( where Billy's big tent is up ) to use the facilities. Does say there is a kitchen and a common room to hang out in though and the pics look good. I would check this out further for myself but I must get the camping thing down as prep for other rides.

Or maybe I'll Jack up the house put it on wheels and tug it up there! Not.

I might have to , if the wife wants to bring as many things as she did the last time !
