I might not be the brightest bulb in the string but sometimes I get lucky Paul. My brother Speed is on the mend and you and Robin are soon going to be getting on with a normal life. Sounds like things are well will we be seeing you next year or are we going to have to do a southern BBQ rally?

We will attend the BASH next year. Of course if you or speed make it to Birmingham you will always have a place to stay. That is of course as long as we still live there.

Our new house is one block behind Dreamland BBQ. The best BBQ anywhere.

I will have the chance to sample dreamland soon, but until then, Shuford,s bbq in chattanooga is the best anywhere. Better even than my own.

Hey, I got my fuckin fork ready!! Of course, if the ribs are really as good as the're touted; than I won't need a fork. This looks like it could turn into a cook-off. Oh, I am so in!! My specialty would be a some sort of chile which I will be bringing with gusto!
Ready to have some fun but wish it wasn't so far away.

I'll make it good and hot but will tame it down just a bit for those who don't have their asbestas gotchees on. Will put some spice off to the side in case someone wants to doctor it up to suit their own tastes. Just got back into making my own dry spice again and I have to dry it outside as the wife will not allow the peppers to dry anywhere in the house. Tried it the other day and she came down into the kitchen and within 2 minutes she went upstairs having what seemed like an asthma attack only she doesn't have asthma. Habaneros don't play.

Good idea, 5 alarm chili in a public/shared bathroom situation... Who ever is bringing a truck might want to invest in a Bumper Dumper before the trip!

Hah! White sock and sandals! If they were black socks, people would think you are visiting from Europe.
Yeah, I caught a little flack for posting a photo of me on my bike wearing white socks and my lucky shoes, but I like white socks - and I need my lucky shoes for luck.
I usually camp with an 8 person pop up with a slide out dinette; man, it's like a forest palace. Now that the kids are older, a little tent is good for my wife and I for short camping trips.
Camping is GOOD!
