Coleman $39 Tent

Postby davidc » Tue Jan 06, 2009 8:12 pm

For all the campers, thought I'd pass this along. Today I received a Coleman 7X5 dome tent bought through Campmor. I am very pleased with it, as I set it up in the family room. Easy set up, roomy for two, packs small. Fits easily on my seat with my sleep pad against it. Plop my gear bag on top, some creative bungeeing, and north to Vermont!
Campmor is worth checking out if you are in the need for gear.

Don't know how to move a photo around from the net. Campmor is a discount webstore. Type it in your browser. Only took about four days for it to arrive. Here is a link:

Great place to shop for outdoor gear. I like their selection, prices and delivery time. Great service.

Being a Jersey boy myself, I know Campmor well. Used to live just down the road from it on Rte.17. Excellent place to buy camping stuff. I've been buying from them since they opened. Also try Ramsey Outdoor if you're in the area.

Did not take a photo set up, but a few to gauge its packed size along with the sleep pad I use. In the last I used a cigarette package for scale. Great packed size for a motorcycle; I may do a bit more camping than I though this summer. Was not aware that Campmor was an actual store - thought it was just a webstore. Must go up and crise the aisles someday.

Pretty good stuff, but I have not been in it in the rain - and hope I never am!
