I like the swoop on the tank, I thought it looked a little different... Is that your original tank or did you find a spare?

edit/PS, when are you going to reveal that to the BA.com public?!? :D

I couldn't find a US dealer who could get the tins, so I bought them from a dealer in the UK, (Jack Lilley Triumph) & the factory sent me a green & silver tank, claiming they've never produced any green and cream tanks. We went back & forth for a while on this issue, and it finally got to - they won't do it - no how no way, which seemed kind of odd, & so my wife's cousin painted my black tank green as shown in the photo. I like his swoops better than the factory ones that typically end near the console, so it's all good.

The bike is shown in my "snapshots from the edge" trip pics in the BA.com GA rally thread.

Pics from Skyline Drive & The Blue Ridge Parkway - I rode the entire length on the way to GA, less a few construction detours on the BRP. 574 miles of National Park. Phew!
I'd do it again tomorrow if I didn't think it would cost me my job & marriage. ;-)
